The same as Volunteer activities, RSVP is set up by Admin in Activities- RSVP section. Basic users will receive their RSVPs if they match Group&Person Type, set by Amin when publishing this activity.

RSVP will be displayed for the basic users on the Dashboard on RSVP field (if set up that way), and may also be displayed on Event field (if it is tied to event).
